1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DreamyGlow, including free and premium features, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the service.
2. Service Overview
DreamyGlow provides AI-assisted photo transformations with a free tier and an optional one-time payment unlocking unlimited premium effects. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the transformed outputs for personal or commercial projects, provided you comply with these Terms.
You remain the owner of the images you upload. DreamyGlow claims no ownership over your content and processes it solely to deliver requested features.
3. Permitted Use
- Create before-and-after transformations for personal portfolios, social media, or client deliverables.
- Use DreamyGlow outputs in commercial contexts, provided you have rights to all input content.
- Download and distribute the edited images as part of your creative work.
4. Prohibited Content & Conduct
When using DreamyGlow you must not:
- Upload content you do not have the rights to or that infringes third-party copyright or trademarks.
- Submit images containing explicit, hateful, or violent content, including CSAM, terrorism, or harassment.
- Use the platform for facial recognition, biometric profiling, or unlawful surveillance.
- Probe or disrupt our infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Automate usage beyond fair API or rate limits or resell the service without agreement.
5. Accounts, Payments, and Upgrades
Premium upgrades are processed via Stripe as a secure payment processor. One-time purchases unlock premium features for the associated account without recurring charges. We may offer refunds within 14 days if no premium credits have been consumed; contact billing@dreamyglow.app.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at jdeveney.pro@gmail.com.
6. Intellectual Property
DreamyGlow retains ownership of its application, brand assets, filters, and AI models. Using the platform does not grant rights to our code, trademarks, or proprietary processes.
7. Availability & Modifications
We aim to provide high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may evolve or be discontinued. We will provide reasonable notice before major changes affecting paid features.
8. Limitation of Liability
DreamyGlow is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid within the preceding 12 months.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DreamyGlow and its team from claims or damages arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
10. Content Removal & Account Termination
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. We reserve the right to retain limited records required for compliance and to investigate abuse.
To delete your account or request data removal, email jdeveney.pro@gmail.com. We process verified requests within 30 days.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes will be handled amicably; if unresolved, they will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France. Consumers in the EU retain mandatory protections under local law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect legal, security, or product updates. We will alert you via the app or email before significant changes. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance. Last updated: November 9, 2025.
