    How DreamyGlow Protects Your Data

    This policy explains what information we collect when you use DreamyGlow, how we use and store it, the third parties involved, and the rights you have under GDPR and other data protection laws.

    DreamyGlow acts as the data controller for your personal data. We process uploads solely to deliver photo transformations. We rely on your consent and legitimate interest to provide core features, and you can request access, correction, deletion, or portability at any time.     1. Data We Collect

    We collect only the information needed to transform your photos and operate DreamyGlow. We never sell, rent, or share user content with advertisers.

    • Photo uploads: The images you upload to use our effects. They are sent securely to our processing pipeline, stored temporarily, and deleted once transformations are complete.
    • Account details: If you create an account or upgrade, we collect your email and billing data via Stripe. Stripe processes payments as the data processor.
    • Usage analytics: We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand feature usage and improve reliability. Data is aggregated and anonymized.
    • Cookies: Essential cookies keep you logged in and remember preferences. We use optional analytics cookies; you can opt out in your browser.

    2. How We Use Your Data

    We use your information for the following purposes:

    • Delivering instant photo transformations and providing preview/download functionality.
    • Operating premium features, subscription validation, and one-time upgrade provisioning.
    • Maintaining security, preventing abuse, and ensuring platform reliability.
    • Improving DreamyGlow features through aggregate analytics and troubleshooting.

    3. Storage and Retention

    Uploaded images are deleted automatically within 24 hours of processing unless you explicitly save them to your dashboard. Saved content remains under your control and can be removed at any time. Billing records follow legal retention obligations (typically 7 years) and are handled by Stripe.

    4. AI and Supabase Infrastructure

    DreamyGlow uses Supabase for secure storage, authentication, and API routing. AI-powered transformations run on managed inference providers that process images transiently: the model receives the photo, applies the requested effect, and returns the result without training on your content. We do not reuse your images to improve models unless you explicitly opt in.

    5. Sharing and Disclosure

    We share data only with processors essential to delivering DreamyGlow, such as Supabase, analytics providers, and payment partners. These third parties follow contractual obligations to protect your information. We never sell user data or grant partners the right to use your images for their own purposes.

    6. Your Rights

    Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

    • Access the personal information we hold about you.
    • Request corrections, deletions, or portability of your data.
    • Limit or object to processing, especially for marketing or analytics purposes.
    • Withdraw consent for optional cookies or communications at any time.
    • Complain to your local Data Protection Authority if you believe we have misused your data.

    7. International Transfers

    DreamyGlow infrastructure is hosted within the European Union whenever possible. When data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to maintain GDPR compliance.

    We implement encryption in transit, secure access controls, and routine monitoring to protect your content. Internal access is restricted to personnel who need it to maintain the service.

    9. Deletion Requests
